Angry phone not turning on

i bought a new battery and still nothing. plug into computer to charge and the red light comes and goes off every 10 seconds. is my berry shot?

Default i downloaded the link

and it said something like that program is not for my phone. i tried to delete everything and did a download again, but at about 27 minutes left of download it stops. is there something else i need to delete be fore completion of download? im in process of trying another download. anybody that can help?

Are you sure you downloaded the right OS the first time? You might have tried to download the 8330m/8330, when your device is the other one.

If you have a fast internet connection (broadband) and you get an error downloading the OS, just try again.

You can try downloading form the Sprint site instead of the RIM servers as well.

yes i did the link in the blackerry link thats the correct os. but it said it was not the current for my phone. so i deleted it and i cant get it to download now. is there something else i need to delete before the download completes? the link for the sprint site is not the os im running.

What OS are you running? The Sprint link has 4.5.0.131, do you have an 8330m?

are you with sprint because that os does not show up on the carrier site. desktop 4.5 dm is dood. 4.7 seems to have some issues.

Upgrade to 4.5.0.131, but you will lose the Roaming Only option in network selection.

4.3.0.127 is on the first link I gave you (Blackberry site).

Did you download an OS and install it to your computer? You will need an OS on your computer to restore your BB with the nuked BB process.
