Default no data on sprint

to make a long story short i started having e-mail problems 2 days ago and by this morning i had no data services at all. tried provisioning and resending service books no help. so i went as far as wiping the phone and re-installing the sprint 4.5.0.131 OS, and did the provisioning and re-sent the service books and still nothing. and still have no internet or e-mail. can anyone help me?

Did you make sure that all of your connection and network settings were turned on correctly? I've known a couple people with that issue.

If not, I'd take it to a sprint service center or call customer support and ask if there's something wrong. It might be an internal problem with your phone.

what should the connections and network settings be? i called customer support and they were not very helpful they told me to wait 7 days and if the problem does not fix itself that i should take it to a store then, i cant wait that long i am going to be vacation next week and i need to get my e-mails from work.

Call in to c.s. Ask for the BB Tech Support, Im a Tech Rep for Sprint and I'd have been all over this. Ask for them to send your service books. From the BIS site, all you get is the service books for your email. And there is a couple of things that can be done on the carrier side to fix your problem. Probably be on the phone for a total of 10 minutes.

Had this problem three weeks ago, totally lost my data services, e-mails and BIS altogether.

A ten minute call to CS had me up and running shortly thereafter. No problems since.

I'm not sure how Sprint is, but Verizon sends a Refurb or "Like New" as they call it. I had my first 8330 replaced for a part that broke. They actually ran out of those and sent a new one. You could easily call them and ask if you truly want to know..

craign1317... If your phone is less than 1 year old you should get a new replacement. Even so I bet you will get a new one, let us know!
