i used the 3-fingered salute about 3 days ago just to clean things out; so, i'm not doing it today. but, this event ought to be a monthly thing unless someone at RIM said it's a bad thing to do.

the first Tuesday of every month sounds fine. gives us a chance to take care of business on those hectic Mondays.

what does pulling your battery actually do? is it kind of like re-starting your computer so that it's fresh and fast?

Yep, but I believe the 3-fingered salute will do the same thing.

I pulled my battery in public & received some funny looks form people. No one called the police, though.

At my age a battery pull is the only thing that brings my memory back.

Why just the other day I saw a guy chasing a girl. I remember doing that but, I can't remember why.

If you believe that, you will believe anything.
