I'm having the same problem. I can't find it in app world on my phone, & the email link that RIM sent from the site doesn't have a download link. No response from the tech support request email I sent either.
it could also be phone model.. Because app world is really specific about phone models. Unless a program is designed to work with both a 8330 AND a 8330m it won't work with both even though their both basically the same. At least that's what I've seen. People with a 8330 have a better selection of apps than those with 8330m.

I just tried it again and again nothing. I even tried to download bloomberg via the app world website. I sent it to my email and when I clicked on it I opened in blackberry app world. I get the screen that talks about the program and the only options I have is Reviews, Recommend, & Screenshots.
Mz.Turtle where are you seeing the download button?
Shazam is an app that identifies music that is playing. It essentially tells you all the information regarding a lot of music you hear. Whether it's at a store or playing over a radio, or if you didn't tag music properly on an iPod and have a BUNCH of "Track 01, Track 02" on it which needs to be identified...
biagio I just checked and Shazzam is still available via App World.
App World>Categories (located in the left bottom hand corner)>music and video> Shazzam (Its the 2nd app underneath Pandora).

Thanks for checking for me again maybe because I have the 8330m it is not available to me. Not sure why, but I just went to the same area and it was not there. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction anyway.
