Default Help! broken key on my Curve 8310

New on the forum... my letter "t" is no longer working... it was not when I received it and then went well but now it's not working for the past 5 days...I have try to turn-it off, take the battery out...How do I do to fix it? should I open the BB.... Help!

How long have you had it. I would take it back to the store and see if I could get a new one. Just be sure to back up what you have before you get the new berry and you can use the dm to transfer the data to the new one

Did you drop it? I dropped mine at the gym and when I used it again, I noticed the t was sitting a little deeper in the keyboard. I don't really have a point here. .
