when i try to back up my phone i keep getting a error mess. "couldnt back up database" i restarted my computer cleaned the memory and restared my phone (8330) what is the cause for this?? and how do i fix this???

Open your BlackBerry browser, press the menu key and select options, click Cache operations, clear you cache, close, plug back in to your pc and try again.

If this doesn't work, try replacing your browser settings with those from a backup file, plug in, open DMN the backup restore. Click the advanced tab. Click file over the left hand box and select a recent backup file, highlight the browser database and click the arrow between the boxes and load the old file. Try to backup again.
