Default email confirmation problem

I have a gmail account on my curve and everytime I send an email I get a message back from my gmail account as a confirmation delivery. It's really irritating, and I was wondering if the setting I have to change is on my curve itself or on my gmail account. Thanks!

Its on your phone under Message Options > Email Settings. Make sure Confirm Delivery is unchecked.
