    Hi all,

I would like to put Handango In-Hand on my new BB Curve 8330 (Telus), but because of all the problems with Handango on the 8130s, I am concerned about doing so. Has anyone here experiance Handango on an 8330? Is there anything I should be concerned about? Thanks!

The issues with the 8130 build of InHand resulted from a small build settings incompatibility within the OS rev that shipped on the 8130. That issue has been addressed in subsequent OS rev's from RIM, so you should not experience problems with the current 8330 build.

Note: We have recently rev'd most of our InHand builds, so make sure you download the latest from Handango. From your device the URL is mhgo.com.

dredd0606 - since you are one of the lucky ones with an 8330, could you please let us know how much main memory you have? There are semi-raging debates and rumors on other threads, so I'm looking for independent confirmation while all of us Sprint/verizon users wait for the release.

If you do Options->Status and post the "File Total:" number, that would be very helpful - thanks.

That is excellent news. I can only mean BlackBerry has developed and installed a memory manager and is now capable of paging blocks of memory.

We faced similar restrictions with the 6502 used in the Apple II computer. 48 Kb was the maximum memory space available. Memory managers and expanded memory cards soon pushed the limits out to hundreds of Kb.
