Cracked plastic on 8320 face

I have a gold T-Mobile 8320, and the plastic facing at the top is cracking even though I have a rubber slip cover for protection. Is it possible to replace that simple facing? I have tried to ask some T-mobile store employees, and they have been less than helpful.

There is another one someoe posted that has some sick colors, the red one looks glossy red like its wet still, like a cherry red mustang paint job, i like the forest green one. Someone mentioned it hear, buti dont remember the site.
