Default Viewing BB msgs in Outlook Sent Items

I'm new to the Blackberry game so all the usual apologies if this is a topic already touched on. I'm running BES v4.0 on Server 2003 and my users use Outlook 2003 as their email client. I have a one user whose issue is kicking my backside. When he sends a message from his Blackberry Curve it won't show up in the Outlook Sent Items folder on his laptop. However on the BES console I have the message redirection configured to save outgoing msgs from handheld in sent items. I also have the folder redirection to go to both inbox and sent items. This user is remote so I had him check to make sure that he wasn't configured to "hide sent items" as well. Since this incident is isolated to just one user I'm doubtful that it's a BES issue. However since I'm asking for help I'm open to any suggestions, tips, tricks, or ideas at this point.

Is it possible the user is over his quota so it is unable to write the message to his mailbox?

I hadn't thought of that however a couple of months ago I had to increase his mail storage size limit. I'll check that, thanks

I am used to a Lotus Domino environment not an exchange so I am guessing on things that may or may not even be a problem in domino.

Do your users use desktop manager? If so there is an option in there (at least in the older version of the software).

If he is over the quota you could try removing it to see if it resolves the problem, if it does you can put the quota back on and let him know the cause and that he needs to clean up his emails to solve the problem.
