Default Smartphone best practices (blackerry style)

Hello fellow BES admin's!

I would like to know if any of you have a link to a "top 10 smartphone best practices in the corporate environment". I am trying hard to push blackberry as our main supported smartphone because it can be remote wiped, administered through policies, has a single management console for all BB's on the server, and can be backed up easily. Now i keep getting the "why can you do this with my iphone?" or "doesnt my windows mobile phone have a bes? why can i just use that?" In order to convince them i need to populate a chart that is the top 10 items (best practices) for smartphones in the corporate environment and run android, windows mobile, symbian, BB, iphone, etc through the requirements and see what comes out the winner. google was no help with this and i was wondering if anyone knows a site or has a list or some prereq's of when they had to do this, that i could see.

Thank you for your time,
-me

Have you checked Blackberry's Solution site? Also you can look at the Blackberry Connect software. It allows other types of phones to pretend to be Blackberrys. Its not the best idea but if your clients are just too resistant to exchanging their devices. One last thing, google "reasons blackberry is better", you'll still have to peice your best practises together from several sites.
