Default Outlook reminders coming back from the dead

I just started at a new company on Monday. At one the facilities (different companies with different servers)there is a gentlemen who when he dismisses reminders on his BlackBerry, they'll pop up in Outlook a few days later.

Any ideas why this is only happening to him? I tried disabling cached mode but it didn't work.

I had this happen to one of our Executives a while back. We had to use MAPI editor to delete the reminder (since the appointment it was reminding about didn't exist on hit calendar anymore). I don't know the specifics about what was done, since it was more of a mailstore issue I let our Exchange team handle it, but hopefully that points you in the right direction.

If date and time are correct might want to delete him and readd him on BES.
