Default One Exchange Server, Two BES Express'?

Have a question for you all. We currently have two offices (Northern Cal and Southern Cal). Only one Exchange server and it's in Northern Cal. The BES Express is in Southern Cal and is capped at (15) users.

Is it possible to install another one in Northern Cal? Can you have two BES Express servers together?

I know, we should upgrade to the full BES but, hey, times are tough! haha Actually, the boss posed this question so I have to do the research now. Thanks!

You cannot use the same SRP and auth keys on two live servers at the same time so you will need a second one.

You can have two independent Blackberry servers in the same exchange organisation so thats not an issue.

The CAL's are not detailed to RIM so you can use the same CAL's on both servers but this is not legal.
