Default Inbox reconciliation stopped working

Although not an admin, I was admonished for posting on the 8900 forum instead of here... I have my 8900 set up with BES for my corporate email (through Lotus Notes). Email delivery and reconciliation had been working fine until a few weeks ago when it stopped. Wireless reconciliation was working - for conflicts, we have tried both handset and desktop and nothing works. I continue to receive new emails without any problem. Wireless calendar reconciliation is working fine. Even my IT guys and mail server admin are rather stumped, and my two inboxes keep getting farther apart as this problem persists.

Things that I have tried to no avail:
- "reconcile now" function in Mail
- battery pull numerous times
- manual message reconciliation through Desktop Manager
- regenerate email encryption key
- uninstalled any other download apps (had been beta testing Yahoo Mobile)
- all downloaded themes turned off

Other relevant info:
- OS version v4.6.1.250
- Desktop Manager v4.7.0.37
- Lotus Notes 8.5 on the desktop
- I am in the Philippines on Globe telecom network

Any thoughts?

What version of BES do you have?

If you open an email message on the device and hold down the <alt> and type VIEW you should be able to see the refid of the message. You can then search in the MAGT log file on the device for the refid of the message and see what it says when it tries to reconcile.

Also try deleting the DESTOP [SYNC] and [CMIME] service books and send them again from the server.

Have you tried wiping the device and seting it up again?
