Default How to move a Blackberry to a new user

I am brand new to BES. Someone else set it up and I've taken over the network maintenance for this company.
They have 2 BB users. One of the two has left the company.
I want to take the BB 8830 and assign it to a new user. This new user exists in Exchange, but not in BES. I'm running SBS 2003 with BES installed on the same server. None of the users have BB software installed on their PCs.
I want to wipe the BB clean and then get it to sync with the new user wirelessly.
I've read some info and seen some posts on this issue, but I wasn't sure enough of the steps to proceed. I read where I can use the same step to wipe the BB as you would if one were stolen. I'm just concerned with what state the BB is left at that point and what I need to do to get it setup for the new user.
Can someone provide me the process they would recommend. I'll ask you to be a little more detailed than you would normally, as I am not familiar with BES yet.
Thanks so much for your help.
Rick

From the device: options \ security \ general settings \ menu \ wipe handheld...

From BES, depending on version, File \ Add User. select them from Active Directory.

Once the name shows on the BES list, you can assign it a password. Right click on said user, go to properties, and add the password there.

Then from the device, go to options \ advanced options \ enterprise activation. Enter their email address, and the password you set. Now menu \ activate...

That's the short version.
