Default Enterprise Activation not working

I have a user that has a 8830. Recently we switched her from one exchange server to another as well as moved her over to a different BES server. I did a device wipe, deleted her BES account on the original server and created her account on the new BES server. The device hangs during Enterprise activation, just stating that is it is activating. In the BES, it says that the users status is initializing. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Are there other people on the new BES server working just fine?

How did you assign the rights for the blackberry account?

Is there a Spam filter blocking the activation email from RIM?

The BES is not new, it's just a different server. There are users working on that server without issue. I'm resetting the activation password manually and trying to activate here as I have the device. I do receive the activation email.

I had an issue once that was similiar and, from what I understood from RIM TS....

When you activate the phone, RIM sends an email to your mailbox, which is the configuration information for ectivation. the BES server grabs it and uses it to start the activation process.

Our spam filter was junking the config email before it hit the inbox and the BES server stayed waiting at 'initializing' while the phone took forever to finally error out.

The user actually gets the email. I've tried setting up the user on two separate devices as well with the same result.

So the congif email hits their inbox and just sits there?

Did you check and make sure that the BES user in AD has the rights to the users mailbox?

I'm assuming it's Exchange, 03 or 07?
