Default Can't get BES 5.0 to behave

Hello all,

I am at my wit's end with BES 5.0. I have the server installed just fine, updated to MR 1.0, have it talking to the exchange server, and able to talk to the SRP server (us.srp.blackberry.com).

However, once I add a user, and assign a device, the only way it will activate or sync the e-mails and calander is if I have the device connected via USB and run the web desktop manager.

The BES Admin account has all of the correct permissions and rights. I am conencting to an Exchange 2003 server. I am pretty sure it could be something with our domain, but have no idea what to look at next.

Any ideas would be helpful.

And yes, I did create a new test account that was just a regular domain user since I was told that there were problems syncing if the user was an admin.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to get this running as it should asap.

Thank you,

~Kevin

You may want to go through BES 5.0 Admin Guide for Exchange
