Default BPS Question?

I am running BlackBerry Professional Software with a Curve 8330 and a Storm 9530 on the Verizon network. I switch between the two phones. My question that I have, how do I either a) push the updated content to the phone when I reactivate it or b) how do I clear the memory of the phone with out deleting my third party applications and their settings?

The problem that I am having is that the address book and calendar are not getting updated when I switch between phones.

Use the switch device wizard that is in the desktop manager to switch between devices. It also starts an enterprise activation at the end of the data restore.
