Default Blackberry Professional Software

Hello. I am running BPS v4.1.4.3 on a Windows 2003 Server with Exchange Server 2007. I have a problem with switching phones. If the phone has already been added and then is being added back to the same account, the calendar is not being updated. I would have to assume that the contacts are not either, but haven't looked that far yet.

If I change something in a calendar entry it will save it to the new device, but not until I make a change.

I am guessing it has something to do with the service books, but I am not really getting anywhere. Can someone assist?

Thanks,

Todd

Does anyone know how to push the service book from BPS? It tells me that it is "queued".

I have personally never used the BPS software, but I have had a similar problem with our bes server. I will send the server book and it will say it delivered it, but hasnt applied it. I do a battery pull on the device, and it seems to resolve the problem.
