Move BES User from one BES 4.1 Database to another BES 4.1 Database.

I know that this scenario is definitely not officially supported but heard rumblings at WES that this is possible, Does anyone have any info on how to make this happen? Looking to play with this.

The tool comes with BES 5.0 so it should work from 4.1.6 to 5.0 but from 4.1.6 to 4.1.6 is unlikely.
