Cool BES vs OPEN SOURCE BES

So im looking into the new funambol open source solutions, anyone got a side by side comparison they can share of the features of both? Im ready to start implementing a box running the OPEN SOURCE side of BES, im curious of what extra or different it may offer.

I have a Second part of this thread question . . . anyone know a solution for bypassing the wireless provider data/push and using your own service for surfing, data, push, ect??

Correct me if I'm wrong but technically it's not really a "Open Source BES" but rather a open source email PIM solution which has a client for BlackBerrys, Look interesting but you can't beat BES esp for the enterprise solution if offers.

Without BES, there's not really a way to provide your own service for surfing, data BUT with BES you can re-route your browsing though your corporate ISP.
