Default BES Admin Question Please Help!

I have a blackberry thourgh my company. I recently found out that everything is logged by whatever the admin chooses to log. My question is: Can another admin for bes see my logs? Meaning if she works for another company, or would my blackberry have to be on her bes server? Please help??

'your' logs? meaning on your device? or on the BES?

Whoever has access to your BES can check the logs. Regardless of company, or person. If only 1 person has access, the actual BES admin, than only they can check the logs.

logs on bes. If I work for aetna, I know that my aetna admin can check it, but im just wondering if another admin working for a different company could check my history. Lets say you were a bes admin, would you be able to pull up my info by entering my phone number?

I am a BES admin.

Only the person who has access to the BES can check logs, there's NO other way around this.

I can only pull people's info that are on my BES.. Which all happen to be with MY company.

If your company relies on hosted exchange/BES and multiple companies connect to the BES, whoever has access to that BES can check the logs, regardless of company.

BTW.. if the BES admin also has access to the carrier account, they can check even more info.

Being an insurance company Aetna would not allow any external access to ANY email server including BES as itwoud be a violation of HIPPA laws.
