BES 4.1.6.9 Exchange - Place call problem

Hi.
We've just converted from GroupWise to Exchange, and therefore have a new BES installation. After the swap we've got a problem with some of our devices, when trying to use Place Call from a locked device. This is both on 8707, 8100 and 8110 devices.
When I try to make a call there are no contact to my contacts on the phone. I've tried to Wipe the devices, applied the lates updates an so on, without any lock. Since most of our devices is working fine, I can't figure out what the problem is.
Hope anybody can point me in the correct direction.
