No internet, sprint tv, or gps

Hi!
I just got a refurbished Blackberry Pearl from Sprint because my old one broke. It doesn't have the internet icon, Sprint TV, or GPS icon like my old phone. How do I get these back? I didn't change my service plan.

I would probably try to download or upgrade the software in the phone.

What you need to do is call blackberry help. They can push these services through. These phone here lately haven't been loading these applications. The number is 1877-654-9111. They will walk you through everything and get it all set up for you!!

basicaly "backup" everything, then wipe the hand held, reactivate it, and restore it...
