Default Headset for 8100?

Hey guys and girls.

Just wondering where i could get a cheap set of stereo earbuds, preferrably OEM?, that connect with the 8100. In addition to using GymTechnik, I'd like to be able to use my phone as an "iBerry" of sorts, but my buds from my regular iPod don't fit.

Thanks for your help.

The Pearl uses a 3.5mm plug. Most MP3 players use a 2.5 mm plug.

There are several different styles of OEM headsets/headphones in the store on this site, or you can buy the OEM (~$15) 2.5mm female to 3.5mm male adapter and use the headset/earbuds of your choice. I did and it works great.

There are cheaper one's elsewhere, but make sure whatever you buy is listed as compatible with a Blackberry otherwise it could be missing one of the channels (The correct one has three "rings"; some cheaper models only have two).

This is not correct for the 8100. It uses a 2.5mm plug. Best bet is to get the
headphones you like and an adapter such as this one
