Default Wi-Fi IT Policy Question

I know features like media card can be locked by IT policy on a Blackberry (mine is - unfortunately) but am curious to know if it's possible to lock the wi-fi capability of a blackberry (i.e. block you from searching for and logging onto wi-fi networks). Thanks!

Setting an IT policy to block camera, media card, and wifi just seems like cruelty!

I'm a BES admin and you can lock practically anything down on the Blackberrys..

I can set a policy that blocks you from using your device for voice calls.. I can block your data, I can lock your camera, gps, WIFI.. I can remotely uninstall software, I can wipe/lock your device remotely.. I can remove the web browsers, I can see what websites you visit, I can read almost any data on your device, I can see how much battery life you have left, I can see your IMEI#, your Sim chip #.. I can see your device's uptime, it's OS version.. I can lock practically anything on the Blackberrys.. it's great..

Of course I dont unless it becomes a problem.. =)

How can I find out if certain features are blocked? I am thinking about buying a media card for my company-owned BlackBerry so that I can listen to music. I want to find out if this feature is blocked. Thank you.
