Default VPN with a Blackberry

Sorry if this is posted in some form or another, I couldn't find it.

Currently the IT department I'm working for uses a free web based trouble ticket system that runs on the internal network. The Exchange server is through a thrid party and runs off site, and same goes for the BES. What I'm wondering is if there's a means of getting VPN to run on a Blackberry in order to access this internal web based trouble ticket system so the techs here don't have an excuse not to update their tickets and leave them open for a week and a half after they've finished the call.

Thanks
