Default Sync'ing Email with BES

Being new to BES I was wondering what are the givens in sync'ing your email. In other words
1. Does it sync to the desktop client both ways?
2. Are messages I send from the desktop suppose to appear on the BB?
3. If you read an email on the client does it still show up on the BB?

Thanks

Thank you for the reply.

One thing I forgot was to mention that I often read email on the client and then move it to a client folder. Obviously my folders don't show on the BB ergo I assume the movement part also means it disappears from the BB.

I also noticed that one of the email options on the BB is to delete emails after a certain amount of days. Does this mean it also deletes the email on the client side?

Thanks in advance

In regards to the first part, it would disappear out of your inbox, but you can go to View Folder, and open the folder you moved it to, and a second or so later, that fodlers contents will be visible.

As for the second part, the delete after feature only removes them from the BB.

View Folder? Where is that on the BB menu I'm not familiar with it.
