Default Sub folders under the inbox

Hey All,

I have users who have subfolders under their inbox. They also have rules setup, so that specific messages go into these folders. When the user checks these folders on the curve 8330, or any bb for that matter, there are no messages in those subfolders.

Here's the part that gets me. If I manually move emails from the inbox to any one of those folders I can see them on any blackberry.

Anybody know why this is happening?

By default the BES only sync's the inbox, you have to select their user in the BES, right click and choose folders for redirection. Then choose the other folders they want to sync also.
