Setting up BB contacts and calendar with Vista

Just got a Vista computer and saw the "Windows Contacts" and "Windows Calendar" on the start menu. How do I sync my BB contacts and calendar to that from my BB? Using BES if it helps.

I found you won't be able to sync the windows Calendar with the BB Calendar. You'll have to go through a third party calendar, like Google Calendar.
1) sync win cal with gcal
2) sync gcal with bbcal with Google Mobile Sync.

Unless somebody else has some better info....
