Default Secretary seeing Boss's email & her email on BB

I'm drowning with this one. I've read only 1 BES account to 1 BB.

Here's the scenario:
Secretary needs to see her boss' email on her BB
Secretary needs to see her email on her BB
Secretary needs to be able to pick out emails sent to her from the boss.

A while back, my predecessor did a forwarding rule on the boss' mailbox - that caused chaos because she was missing emails sent by him directly to her. The "Sally I need you to do this ASAP" type notes.

This is a business tool - there has to be some sort of solution.

Thanks in advance for your help & advice.

maybe download a program such as webmessenger alerts where you can create rules for emails on you bb and have them sorted etc...

I also need an answer to this one, except I don't want to see his emails - I want to see his Outlook Calendar?

setup a 3rd mailbox. So you have his account, her account and then a new account. Setup forwarding on his mail, to the new account.
This way she gets her mail in her mail folder, and his mail in the other mail folder.

Can you set up your blackberry for both your boss' email account and also your account? That should address the first two. The third, you can probably accomplish through some sort of rule to forward those emails to a new account (that is also set up on the blackberry)

If you are using BES and have access to Outlook Web Access, you could set up the secretaries email on the BES that way she could sync contacts, calendars, and email wirelessly and set up the boss's through BIS and OWA. That would allow the secretary to receive the boss's emails and she could respond accordingly.

The only thing I don't know is if you can have 1 email account go to two berries. It might work since one could be using BES and the other OWA.

If you are using BES and Outlook, can you be set up as a delegate or a shared calendar and get it synced? I don't know if this will work or not, but worth a shot.
