Outlook Web Access?

I bought a new BB last night (after switching back from my iphone) and when i was setting it up, i noticed that it had an option for "Outlook Web Access Account"

My work server is set up for Good Link (i hate it- - only treos and Moto Qs work on it) So, blackberry isn't support in terms of email, calendar, etc. BUt, i was wondering if my email could work nevertheless through my web outlook account.

i.e., i can access my email via outlook.mycompany.com/exchange

rather than try to see if it worked i figured i would ask here first. i dont want to trigger any notices for the server admin or crash the dang thing

It will work, depending on whether or not your company allows this type of access. Try it, you won't crash anything. If you are that concerned, ask your IT department if their policies allow this type of access.

I have a few users setup accessing their emails thru OWA with no major issues. The only annoying this is that they have to validate the accounts on the BB every few months.
