Default Help

I recently upgraded my pearl to the new 8900 curve. When I called my help desk at work to get set up they told me that they did not service T-mobile. Now I have a phone that is worthless to me and a contract that is extended by two years. Does anyone have any ideas for me? Thanks

Ouch. Maybe give the carrier a call and say "i was stupid" and maybe they'll let you out if you're nice about it.

In the future, I'd educate yourself completely about a decision before signing a contract for 2 years

Be more specific. What was the help desk to do? I take it you are on a BES? If thats the case they just need to change your PIN number on the BES server doesn't matter what the model is.

Default Note

What my company has told me is they need to service the provider in order for me to get my company emails
