 Blackberry Monitoring Service and BB bold

I have a BES 4.1.6 MR5 (roll up) (Bundle 144) for exchange. I've set up blackberry monitoring service so we can keep an eye on key users handsets. problem is all those key users are using blackberry Bold handsets (9000) and they do not appear in the user list. anyone any ideas of what can be done to resolve this?
