Default ColorWare Will Soon Be Coloring your Blackberry Curve 83xx and 88xx models!

The company Colorware who has a long list of clients which range from celebrities to large corporations such as Jennifer Lopez, DC shoes, Ecko, Mtv, Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft, Sony, Nike etc etc will soon be taking on the task of coloring your Blackberry's. Starting Dec 31, 2007 Blackberry Curves and 88xx models will be added to the list of electronics which Colorware will be coloring. The list started with Ipod's and later on expanded to Dell/Apple computers, the Xbox 360, Sony Ps3 and the T-Mobile Sidekick. I have personally had my ipod colored from colorware and was very surprised how amazing it came out. So if you want to change the color of your Blackberry and have it look as close to factory bought as possible Colorware is the place to have it done. These guys are the best in the biz for this work. Check them out Colorware I already know what color I want my 8320 curve to be.... Money green LOL

I wonder if this affects your warranty or service plan.

It does affect your warranty because your device is now considered aftermarket device.

For a moment, just a moment, I thought this thread was going to be about the pearl on the Curve being coloured... (yes, I know everyone says it can't be done, thus my curiousity)...

I'd do it..if it was reasonably priced, I just looked at the sidekick option, in total that worked out to $129+....if it's based on the same pricing it's not really worth it..I'd rather just spend that money and buy another Berry lol.

PS: Something just isn't "right" in those pics, the "flow" of the color is wrong, the color covers around the screen when in all actuality the screen should NOT look colored around and over the keyboards is NOT covered, when in all actuality if it was the casing that was to be colored, it should look like it would be colored as well.

I agree, I'm all for color! I love color!
I also agree that it looks very funky, something just doesn't appear right. So I would want to see a finished product up close, though the only person I know with a BB is my mom. =)
