When you see the screen where its supposed to be playing but not, click the BB button so you can get to the menu, and click Play Video. If that doesnt work, click play video and click watch video after or something to that effect. that works for me.

On my first Tour videos played without a problem and without changing any settings. I'm getting the error this time around though.

Go figure... videos are playing for me now without changing any settings. Seems to be connected to how fast your connection is at the time. Just make sure you have a solid connection to your network. Those experiencing problems may be due to not being in a good area.

Ok guys heres the fix. Go into your media> Options> scrol down to RESERVE PIC MEM. Set to 2MB. Keep your Device Mem set at 5mb That should do it
Bingo! finally got it to work (although the sound isn't real crisp). Thanks

Yea, it always says there was an error playing it.

    Any ideaS?
I've had that problem. some video will play then distort and i get the green "error" message. I didn't really care though. i just wanted to see if it was full screen and not the 8830 4.5 os windowed crap. i don't sit around watching youtube on the phone (not that there's anything wrong with that) so it is not an issue for me.

I guess they'll be fixing that in coming updates.
