I used TinyTwitter on WM and still use TT on the Curve. Seems to have a bit more capability that TwitterBerry, but really comes down to personal preference, since they both work very well.
I've been using Twibble for a day or so now (although I have TwitterBerry still installed). Twibble is a location-aware app and has just been developed for use on the BB. it's working well for me right now. If you want to check it out, go to http://m.twibble.com on your phone.

I've been using Uber Twitter. Don't like Tiny Twitter or Twibble at all. I really liked Twitterberry, but it kept jamming my bb and took forever to update. I think I like Uber Twitter best so far, but can't figure out how to follow a new person. It will let you quit following someone.
I tried UberTwitter for a while. I really like the interface and the speed with which it loaded. But the fact that one can't check one's DMs was starting to bug me. But the real dealbreaker was when it would try to connect and fail to timeout when it couldn't connect resulting in a drained battery in no time at all.
I've gone back to twitterBerry while I await my turn with SocialScope.

I think you all should try the TinyTwitter Blackberry client beta, it's awesome and the only thing lacking is alerts. Wayyy better than Twitterberry. It also utilizes qwerty shortcuts. Give it a try, no lags for me. OTA: h**p://m.ttwt.at
