EDIT: This will also convert existing videos. Its a little strange, but the dropdown box when you choose a video site, has an option for files. Unfortunately, its not GUI friendly, and you actually have to list the location and name of the file as a URL. i.e. file://C:\My Documents\ etc etc etc.
