I can't get the ATT 8820 to recognize the website? Tried via the web, but got the error that I need to use device to connect. what should I do now

From your device go to 'setup internet email', and it should take you straight to BIS! It should not ask for a username or password...

Default Orange BIS details

Hi

I have read threw this thread and i cant find the details to Orange UK BIS site where i can change my settings to stop getting sent emails back.

Does anyone know the details for Orange UK? I would really appreciate it as this problem is really getting to me.

I have tried to access it from the BB but ant get to change any details.

Hi

I have tried to alter my settings through the Orange BIS, but it says i must do it via my device. I have tried to do this, but i am not able to change the settings.

Please help, these emails are driving me mad!!
