bb 8520- sheet to go problems

heyy hie...i jst wanted to knw 1 thing...fr over 2 weeks i hav been using the sheet to go application from my bb 8520...however today it says permission to ur files was denied.pls configure ur application permissions appropriately....pls cud sum1 help me wid dis....
