-delete/uninstall existing os folder
-have base OS6 .448 for 9700 installed on pc
-download BTHM OS6 Full hybrid
-Delete entire OS folder (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\9700...)
-Replace with BTHM OS6 .448 V4 hybrid folder
**** It is very important that you follow the instructions exactly to get the best results. Especially in the restoration part of the files etc****
-do a couple battery pulls(how ever u feel necessary) and allow a couple or hours to settle in (12hrs) and that should be it..
-enjoy and leave feedback

I have .448 on my Bold 9700 at the minute and have replaced the files as per your instructions. How do I then go about applying the updates to my phone?
Thanks Kyle. Always hesitant towards hybrids but Yours �re always of good quality. Just dropped on top of my own 448 and only removed BBM. (I do not use BBM)

i will upload the changed CODs so that way you or anyone else who is interested in giving it a shot could do so at your own risk. I only support the 9700 officially but have come to realise that because of how i make my hybrids that they are able to work on the 9780 and 9300 phones also
When I run Application Loader Wizard, the second entry under Device Application Selection is "BTHM OS6 .448 V2 2.0.0 Core Applications"
Is this an expected result?
its actually supposed to say v4 but I forgot to change it, but yes it is supposed to be there and its an indication that you are indeed running the hybrid os
Everything's running smoothly so far, except for a bit of a memory leak. Though, I think the culprit might be the new AIM app that I'm trying out, and my increased use of the music app since my iPod is on the DL for now.
