It's a Premium theme. So, I doubt you will get the response you seek on here. I paid for my copy. So, if you really want it, buy it. Also, it's less about members being sensitive and more about right and wrong. IMO, asking where you could find a free copy of this premium theme on the same theme thread.....was a bad decision.
Back to that, 'stealing' issue. Not only was it a bad decision, it's also very disrespectful and errrr dumb?

I agree with both of you... not gonna waste the time to like and thank every single one, but you are both thinking the exact same as me. Its not even like its a $1000 rip-off software. This is $3 which is reasonable for a theme, and its all hand made by E. Why would you steal from one of the truly hard working theme devs who doesn't just toss out the same theme every week in a different colour and charge $5.
Are there any updates to this theme and how do I check & install those updates?

and I thought a good theme for 9800 is just a myth! bought this yesterday and it's amazing! need to read the thread again to find out where to tap and hide stuff, but after that it's all good to go. Question though, how do I get rid of the clock on my top bar (the small one) since I've got the big clock anyway?
I doubt you'll see him back. He's probably moved on to a different device. If ppl still buy the theme they would be better off to contact him through customer support on Mobihand then on CB because at least there the message should get to him. I also doubt that there will be any updates because this theme came out in September 2010 so all updates were made soon after that.
