Make a back up of your contacts and info.
Wipe the device with bbsak (BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife)
Reload the os and restore information.
Make sure not to backup/restore things associated with the bes.

Take friends hand and slam it in a door once done.

It takes more than just a wipe of device firmware to remove an IT policy. There are a few different ways, but here is a step by step guide--> http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/remo...lackberry-569/

Hey CX, quick follow up...I know you can remove the IT policy using the advanced settings on crackutil, but does removing the IT policy cause the device to no longer be connected to the BES? Just curious if I removed the polcy from corporate BB, would I need reactivated on the BES? Thanks.

BBSAK and CrackUtil both use the same engine (javaloader.exe) so they should do the same thing for any given and included function.

To fully wipe an IT Policy from both your phone and from your PC (yes, your PC), please look at this link http://forums.crackberry.com/f2/remo...y-phone-81401/
