It's technically not a theme.
It's a fantastic app called deToday which allows you to put your calendar on the homescreen and it has BerryWeather integration (and it works in both portrait and landscape).
It's available here and the developer has been very responsive: deToday - The Revolutionary TodayScreen App - Utilities BlackBerry Apps - Crackberry BlackBerry Apps Store
You can set number of appointments, font, color, background image, BerryWeather integration and location, etc. It's a great app!

Cool! I'm downloading the free trial now. This is especially useful now that .214 will only show three calendar entries in the notifications bar screen. Thanks for the find!!
