That does sound wierd - I can hover over the number and press the trackpad and get a confirmation box to call or cancel.

I wonder if it is an issue of how the number is formatted on the screen. I tried several different numbers and some of them worked and some didn't. That's just a guess as I could not find any commonality in ones that did work and the ones that didn't. I also wonder if there is an interaction between the regional settings or phone number settings. I have ten digit dialing set on my phone due to there being three area codes in the Atlanta area.

I did a search via google for "Kroger, Savannah, GA". An entry came up with the phone number - I just clicked on it and had the option to call.

Rogers on 246 and it doesn't work for me either. I do all my searches almost exclusively in Google Maps for this reason.

Is it just my imagination or what? It seems as if all the posters from Canada can't do it yet the ones in the US can? Just happened to notice that when looking through the replies.

    Numbers formatted like this:

    (315)369-6081

Don't work for me, but numbers formatted like this:

    316-369-6081

    Work without a problem.
