Silly homosapiens; tricks are for rabbits.

You have a higher chance dying (whatever the method may be) immediately just by leaving your home to go out into the world...than you do of dying while waiting for empirical evidence to come out that requires a surgeon general's warning label on cell phones.

Point: Live your life without the fear of hypotheticals.

Thank god I have a magnet in my phone to bounce radiation away from my brain. As far as the microwave goes I don't use the microwave at all. It kills all the nutrients u eat. I eat only ORGANIC especially and other fruits. They use radiation to flash the bananas and other fruits to ripe them quicker to sell in the stores so they can look pretty and keep bugs away from them.

By the time cancer cells start to form from cellphones, we will already be dead! 2012 will happen first.

I don't know though -- my forte is bio/chem/physics, not earth stuff. LOL!
First part of my post was not serious.

Second part is the truth. So many scientists believe in "evolution" and that the earth is millions, and millions of years old, and that there have been not one, but at least THREE ice ages. So, is there global warming, yes. But the same science that states that evolution is true also states that WE ARE COMING OUT OF AN ICE AGE! Is it something that we as humans can change, that remains to be seen, as does exactly how much we are actually contributing to the rate of warming. That is still speculation, since just like cell phone use, the data is relatively new. We have not really been keeping track of the temperature for all that long, which makes this global warming very much speculation, at least how great the human impact on it is.

I've seen the movie. But wasn't there an article claiming somewhere that the movie stole scenes from the movie The Day After Tomorrow?

Edit- Found some articles

I dont remember that but how does that make his movie illegitimate? The science in "The day after tomorrow" is the same that Gore was talking about except in the movie the global warming happens over night. Its unrealistic but its the same theory, just different time lines.
I'm sure he explained and gave credit to the scene.

Default OK I ahve a question...

...do you really think that the water will rise as high as people say? lets face it, only a very small percentage of ice floats above water, and there reall is not that much ice on either pole, so just how much water are we talking about?

And as far as believing Al Gore, &%$ &*^% I*&^ %% &* NO, is all I can say. That guy is like a one hit wonder lol, there ain't no way I am believing him.

There's a lot of ice man. And its not the rising water that is as much of a concern. The fresh water pouring into the Atlantic will stop ocean currents and cause an ice age. How? Salt water is lighter than fresh water, fresh water sinks to the bottom and super cold salt water comes up, this throws off the circular current in the Atlantic which also governs the Jet stream winds which in turn governs the global temperature. The ice melting off the Canadian shield caused the last ice age, same could happen with Greenland.
WikiAnswers - What percentage of the worlds fresh water supply is frozen in Antarcticas ice cap

Anyway, i'm tired of arguing, there's only so much research i can do for you. This thread should be locked as it is off topic.
