Should I keep "Support Java Script" checked in my browser configuration? What does it mean actually? Will the web be faster without it checked? Will I miss anything without it checked? Thanks.

Some pages may require it. By default it is not checked. If you access a page that requires it it will pop up asking you to check you settings.

The BlackBerry Browser supports HTML tables, style sheets, and JavaScript. If you have problems viewing some web pages you visit, you might want to try enabling or disabling support for HTML tables, style sheets, and JavaScript to get the configuration that works best for you.

I keep it unchecked most of the time. Some pages just load faster when it's unchecked.

+1 on keeping it unchecked. That is if speed is of the essence.
