Default BIS Outage 02/20

I can send messages, but nothing is coming in. I also tried to go to manage my BIS account and the server timed out. Anyone else able to manage their BIS email settings?

I was on another forum and others are having issues as well.

Well sprint's bis site is back up but when you log in it just sits there and says "processing, please wait..." so at least its somewhat back up.

I noticed the sting at 3am this morning guys. I'm able to PIN and send messages via pin and receive. I sent emails to my account and they have bounced back to me it looks like. If there is a problem with the email service, Sprint also should be feeling a sting. 8830/Verizon

Just tried to log into my AT&T BlackBerry BIS account to resend my service books...and the site could not process my username or password. Weird...

No new emails at all on all five of my email accounts!!!

What is the deal?

Just sent myself some test emails, one from my phone to an account not setup on my phone. And one to my phone from an account not on my phone either. They both went through. And I can log into my BIS account on Sprint.

I guess we will just have to wait until it comes back up.I will view it as a lesson in patience, not the end of the world,it will be back up.
