Default all the news of hacking..

with all the wide spread news of hacking on the iPhone and windows mobile phones.. IE sending a sms message getting contact list from peoples phones ETC..

I set myself on a goal to find out if this has ever been done on a blackberry yet?

I honestly have searched through google as hard as I can and have seen no "real" hack

so My question is does anyone know of a time or article or anything that this actually happened?

well keep in mind the methods being used of late could be as simple as adding someone to your bbm list..

with the iPhone it was like a text message that envoked the browser or some crap..

I know on a bb it would ask to go to the browser but I am just curious if there was a time out there that someone was actually hacked of course not the old school known one of the bluetooth problem as I don't really count that one..

If I'm not mistaken, no BlackBerry to date has ever been hacked successfully. I hope it stays that way!

Here's your celeb gossip...

Paris Hilton moved on to a bold, but soon after lost it.
Now she has switched to a sony experia x1 or x2.

Staying on topic... Lidnsay Lohan claimed her bold was hacked and
accused Paris Hilton for the foul messages sent to Lindsay's contacts.

What has this world come to???! Paris Hilton hacking passwords.
Can she even spell, hack?

It is not BlackBerry, it's SMS text messages.

The hack depends on the device being able to generate a SMS outgoing text. There is research that suggests BlackBerry is equally vulnerable.

Mobile phone trojans

very interesting so then it comes down to has it actually happened the reason being that some people lately have been receiving apparent verizon texts with a video in it and I am simply wondering is all

Viigo reported that there was a new security upgrade for
blackberrys, but rim has not admitted that there has been
a breach by hackers.
I suppose its better safe than sorry.
