Yep, I have the same issue. I know Tom had been working on it at one point adding the "remember me" box on the main page logon, but it's gone now. Even when it was there, it would keep me logged on to the blog page, but not the forums.
Oh Boy! I'll send this onto Tom. Somebody else requested that the site auto log you off after a certain period of time (security feature), so I believe the way it is set up right now - if you are idle for more than 4 hours you have to re-log in.
I guess the ideal is both worlds. You can check off to remember me, inwhich case the cookies never expire and you're always logged in as soon as you come back, or if you don't choose remember me, then you're logged off after four hours and have to log back in.
I thought this was solved and off the list...looks like it's back on the list!
I'm flying out in three hours...talk to you all from WES! Rest of the Crack Team will still be hard at work.
I'm so glad to read that the mods are on the case, because this issue is driving me nuts, even in the few weeks that I've been a member.
I view Crackberry.com from three places--office computer, home laptop, BB--and it seems totally random when the site "remembers" me and when it does not. And sometimes it will "forget" me when I move from one section/page to the next within the site.

FYI, the remember me feature is now activated. When you have it checked, then it will keep you logged in for 23 days, if you have it unchecked, then it will keep you logged in for 4 hours. If you want to log off immediately, then you must click on the logout link.
I left my home computer logged in for a while now....I just found right now that I was "logged out" of the forums but still logged into the "main site" (blogs, my account - which has the crackberry email, etc.).
Yes, I have. But another thing I've found is this:
1. You're logged in at home...
2. You leave the house, and log into WAP, on Blackberry...
3. WAP remembers you, thus no logon needed. You can browse the forums...
4. BUT, if you try to post it won't let you, it takes you to the login screen...
5. You have to hit ESC to take you back to the forum list; then log out, and back in to be able to post...
Same issue is using multiple pc's, i.e. if logged on at home, then leave, and get to work to view/post on forums...
It sort of makes sense, i.e. you can only have one session going, from ONE IP address (maybe)...
Should be all good now (problem identified and fixed). For those of you who are currently logged in via 'remember me', you need to log out and log back in to refresh your cookies. Sorry about the inconvenience!
I am also having this problem. I used to be able to go into a forum via an email notification. Now everytime I try and post in a thread I have to login. Is there any solution or is this a temporary problem.
